NATHAN A SWANSON DDS

After receiving his degree from Ohio State in 2002, Dr. Swanson worked at an Appalachian clinic before coming to Portsmouth to serve as the first staff dentist at Families First Health and Support Center, where he still works every other Friday, mostly with denture cases. After also working for Lamprey Health and Exeter HealthReach, he associated at a private office in Exeter before coming to Newmarket in 2006.

Dr. Nate lives with his wife Rachel and two cats. They enjoy camping, music, film, travel, and exploring the history, geography and culture of the Seacoast. When he's not working in Newmarket or Portsmouth, Dr. Swanson can be found playing darts, working crosswords, reading, or answering dental questions on Yahoo Answers.

CHRISTOPHER BATT DDS

Dr. Batt graduated from Creighton University Dental School in Omaha, NE, in 1982. After completing a one year residency in Rochester, NY, and a year of general practice in Burlington, VT, he moved to Newmarket in 1984. His hobbies include hiking, sailing, cooking, running, and kayaking.

Chris and his wife Lori have been together for 38 years since undergraduate college in Oneonta, NY. She is a nurse and works part-time in the Newmarket schools. Their daughter Dianna, age 17, attends Berwick Academy.
